889a Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

When accessing the site 889a (889a.click) and create an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

Use of the platform constitutes automatic and unconditional acceptance of all rules described herein. These terms form a binding agreement between you (the user) and 889a. 889a reserves the right to update these terms periodically — changes take effect on the date of publication, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes renewed acceptance.

2. Eligibility & Registration

The 889a reserves the right to request supporting documentation of eligibility at any time. Creating an account with false information constitutes a serious violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and the blocking of pending withdrawals until an investigation is concluded.

2.1. Single Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account on 889a. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited — whether using the same CPF, the same banking details, the same IP address, or any combination that indicates the same user. Duplicate accounts will be closed upon detection, with withdrawals blocked pending a full investigation.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for the security of your account at 889a. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and notifying support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

The 889a strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account. The platform will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team.

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00. Deposit limits may vary depending on the chosen method and the account's verification level. All amounts are credited and processed in BRL (R$) — 889a does not operate in foreign currency.

4.1. Third-Party Funds

It is strictly prohibited to deposit on 889a using bank accounts or cards held in a third party's name. All deposits must be made from accounts or cards whose holder matches the registered account holder at 889a. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a temporary balance freeze pending the conclusion of an investigation.

5. Withdrawals

The 889a processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to keys registered to bank accounts held in the account holder's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 10.00, and 889a charges no fees on any withdrawal.

Withdrawals via Pix are processed in an average of 15 seconds after internal approval. For first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds, additional identity verification may be required, which can extend the processing time by up to 48 business hours.

5.1. Withdrawal Conditions

For a withdrawal to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must be verified (KYC approved);
• Any rollover tied to active bonuses must have been fully completed;
• The balance requested for withdrawal must come from legitimate gaming winnings;
• There must be no active fraud or misuse investigation on the account.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The 889a offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions. Each bonus has specific terms displayed at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per account;
• Bonuses have a set expiration date — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically;

• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses (multi-accounting);
• Use of VPN or any technology to mask your location or identity.

If fraud is suspected, 889a will preventively freeze the account balance and launch an investigation. The user will be notified and given a deadline to submit documentation proving the legitimacy of their activity. Confirmed cases of fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

In cases of a verified technical failure that directly affects the outcome of a bet, 889a commits to returning the bet amount to the user's balance at no additional cost.

12. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account on 889a at any time by contacting support via chat or email. The process is straightforward with no red tape. Before closure, any available balance may be withdrawn, provided the withdrawal conditions are met.

The 889a may also close or suspend an account on its own initiative in the following cases:

• Confirmed violation of the Terms and Conditions;

• Self-exclusion request for responsible gambling;
• Court order or determination by a competent regulatory authority;
• Extended account inactivity (no activity for more than 12 consecutive months).

13. Changes to the Terms
